  • Follow Highway 5 west from Airport to I 494
  • Take I 494 west to I 35W
  • Take I 35W north to West County Rd D (approx 15 miles)
  • Follow West County Road D east to Cleveland Ave N (1st intersection)
  • Turn right on Cleveland Ave N
